Wifey locked my keys in my car after she moved it so I called AAA for help. 10 mins later I received the call from the driver saying he will be there in 10 mins. Well 10 mins later he shows up. Unlocked my car like a boss and I was soon on my way. Many thanks from me and my wifey.

These guys are phenomenal. I first went to them two years ago, and they did a great job replacing a door on my Camry. Recently, my friend’s car door was bent and wouldn’t close properly. We assumed it would be an expensive repair, and the initial estimate involved replacing the hinges. However, they called in Louie, who was able to adjust the hinges and carefully bend everything back into place. Louie even offered to make it a perfect repair, but he was kind enough to simply get the door functioning properly again at no charge. His honesty and generosity were genuinely appreciated. Highly recommend this shop for both their quality work and exceptional customer service.

Took my daughters car to Pats Auto Body, she is a student and doesn't come home to Winston Salem that often. Her Drivers side door had a crease which would only allow the door to be opened about a quarter of the way. When i arrived, Blake came out looked at the car, and called a shop body shop mechanic in the garage, and in less than 10 minutes the door was put back in a position to open and close like nothing happened. When i asked how much they said no charge. Now i ask you, how often does that happen ? I expected to pay, but after that exchange, they have made me a future customer. That is what i call Good Will. Let me repeat that .....no charge ! And i had very little time and they made that happen for me in actually less than 10 minutes.

Update: the owner personally invited me in for a car detailing, which I appreciate. Changing my review to reflect this. Guys, I wanted to support them because their receptionist is so nice but I don’t have much else to say that’s positive. It took them two times to actually fix the problem properly (sunroof replacement) and after picking up my car with the problem finally solved, other pieces of electronics were left in disarray. Not only that but pieces of glass were left everywhere in my car AND oil? stains in the form of handprints are all over the inside of my car. It’s going to cost me time and effort to clean this all or hire someone. I’ve attached photos showing everything.
